LONG-TERM  INSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVE PLAN

 

  1. Academic Excellence: Academic Excellence is our central mission, with a relentless commitment to improve educational quality continuously.
  2. Research and Innovation: NCP aspires to establish itself as a prominent hub for pharmaceutical research. Faculty members are driven to engage in research, collaborate with industry partners, and establish innovation centers.
  3. Autonomy Preparation: NCP aims at autonomy plans to ensure the academic and administrative systems are ready for the transition.
  4. Infrastructure Development: To provide the best resources for students, NCP will be upgrading and expanding the campus. This includes creating modern labs, improving library, recreational facilities and enhancing our technology facilities.
  5. Industry Collaboration: In long term NCP will be increasing the collaboration and linkage with pharmaceutical companies and research organizations which in turn benefit the students through internships, job placements, and research opportunities.
  6. Community Engagement: Beyond academics, NCP believe in giving back to the community by launching more programs to support community healthcare, raise awareness, and encourage community involvement.
  7. Financial Sustainability: To ensure high-quality education, NCP is planning to implement sustainable financial models. This involves engaging alumni, collaborating with industries, and seeking grants to support NCP’s goal in gaining more independence in operations.

 

 

SHORT-TERM INSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVE PLAN (1-3 YEARS):

 

  1. Academic Enhancement: Review and update the gaps in curriculum to align with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  2. Governance Structure: Revamp and review the activities of committees to improve governance.
  3. Accreditation and Ranking: To review the activities of NBA and NAAC accreditation activities also to  participate in NIRF ranking and to get in the first 100 band
  4. Faculty Development: Initiate faculty development programs and encourage research activities.
  5. Student Engagement: Introduce student-centric initiatives, mentorship programs, and extracurricular activities.
  6. Campus Infrastructure: Continue infrastructure development, including smart classrooms, modernization of laboratories, renovation and expansion of libraries.
  7. Community Outreach: Launch community healthcare programs and engage students in socially responsible projects.
  8.  Getting more research grants: Explore opportunities for generating grants from various Government and non government organizations.
